Facility Condition Assessment
In addition to providing information about the facility’s major systems and components, the report will include the results of a Tier II ADA Accessibility Survey and a five (5) year capital planning schedule. The capital planning schedule provides estimated costs and a timeline for repairs, replacements, and other maintenance. This assessment can also include an energy audit of the facilities in effort to help reduce operational costs. Performed to the ASHREA Standards, an energy audit compares the energy performance of the building(s) against other similar use facilities, and using utility bills, provides an analysis of the systems that use energy within the building(s). This assessment includes suggestions on energy conservation opportunities and the return on investment for recommended improvements.
